I want to love it but the face cream pump system doesn’t work. I keep hitting it upside down to push cream to the top but the pump still doesn’t work well at all.

I have been using the original One Skin moisturizer for a couple of years with noticeable results. However, I did not find it moisturizing enough alone and needed to add a barrier cream on top.
The new cream feels wonderful and rich on my skin and keeps it hydrated day and night. I am over 70 and have always taken great care of my skin . My dermatologist originally suggested One Skin as part of my skincare routine and I have been so pleased with it's effectiveness.

I first heard about OneSkin on Max Lugavere’s show in 2024 and have been using OS-01 FACE ever since. I was fortunate to be selected as a beta tester for the new OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM, and it has worked especially well for my skin.
A small amount goes a long way. Because it is a richer cream, it takes a moment to fully absorb, but I really like how my skin feels afterward. I actually prefer the feel of the Rich Cream for my skin.

I have followed all instructions given to other people who are having an issue and it does not work!!! The product is good, the pump has a design issue!!! I have contacted the company for a replacement but if that does not work it leaves me no option but to cancel any further orders!!!

OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM is packaged in a dipstick-free, refillable airless pump that preserves the integrity of the formula while helping to avoid contamination.
If you are having issues with the pump dispensing product, please try the following:
Holding the black band, twist counterclockwise to remove the refill from the glass jar.
Make sure the white cartridge is fully screwed into the black pump.
Re-screw the refill cartridge back into the empty glass jar.
The product should now pump successfully.
A dipstick solves an access problem that only exists with open jars—since jars have no built-in way to get product out, you need a tool to reach in and scoop it.
Airless pumps remove that problem entirely by pushing the product out for you.
The pump uses a sealed piston that moves upward with each press, delivering product straight to your fingertips, so there's nothing to reach for and nothing to scoop!

OS-01 FACE MOISTURIZER provides lightweight hydration and is suitable for oily, combination, and normal skin. OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM delivers deep hydration in a rich, replenishing texture and is suitable for dry, depleted, or mature skin. As seasons and climates change, you may choose to switch between the two depending on your hydration needs.
How long does OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM last?
With twice-daily use, one 50ml jar should last approximately 1–2 months. This varies from person to person depending on how much you use per application, but many people find that 1–2 pumps generously cover the face and neck.
Can I wear OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM under makeup during the day, or is it strictly a night cream?
OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM can be used day and night, depending on your skin's needs. You can use OS-01 FACE MOISTURIZER as a lightweight daytime moisturizer and OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM as a night cream—or use OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM morning and evening if you have dry, depleted skin, are in a dry climate or season, or just want a little extra hydration.
OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM can work well under makeup, but we always recommend patch testing with your specific makeup to ensure the combination works well for you. We recommend giving it a few minutes to fully absorb before applying makeup on top.
Can I switch between OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM and OS-01 FACE MOISTURIZER depending on the season?
Yes. You may choose to use OS-01 FACE MOISTURIZER in warmer, more humid months and OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM when skin feels drier in winter. Because both contain optimal levels of the OS-01 Peptide™, you get skin longevity benefits either way.
